Required Availability:
6am–9pm Monday to Friday, including occasional weekends

Joondalup, Nollamara, Cottesloe and Duncraig as key areas

Your Responsibilities:
Provide personalised support with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, and household duties
Accompany customers to appointments, social activities, and recreational outings
Encourage independence through skill-building, goal-setting, and supportive decision-making
Maintain accurate documentation and open communication with customers, families, and team members
Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment in line with Rocky Bay policies
