Wood Machinist / CNC Operator
to join our team on a full-time basis.

What You'll Be Doing
Machinery Operation:
Running and setting up high-spec automated machinery, including panel saws, edgebanders, and CNC routers.
Precision Execution:
Reading and interpreting detailed shop drawings to produce precise cuts and components.
Quality & Safety:
Maintaining tight tolerances across custom joinery while keeping a tidy, compliant workspace.
Team Collaboration:




Working alongside experienced trade professionals to keep production flowing efficiently to hit delivery targets.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
Certificate III in Cabinetmaking/Timber Technology/Joinery OR 4+ years of hands-on machinery experience in a production setting.
Machinery Experience:
Direct experience running Homag, Weeke, or similar modern machinery (e.g., beam saws, nesting CNCs, automated edgebanders).
Drawing Literacy:
Ability to confidently read and work off technical production drawings.
Reliability:
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to workplace health and safety.
