About the Role
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll support injured workers throughout their recovery journey, helping them achieve secure and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
Conduct workplace assessments to identify barriers and develop tailored return-to-work plans Build strong relationships with clients, employers, insurers and medical professionals to drive positive outcomes Deliver workplace interventions and suitable duties programs that support recovery and successful return-to-work outcomes Monitor client progress, provide recommendations and prepare high-quality reports to support sustainable recovery outcomes Why join us?

Tertiary Qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Masters in Psychology Registered with ASORC, AASW or AHPRA Full Australian working rights + Australian Driver's Licence Rehab Management is an award‐winning national provider with 28 years of experience in occupational rehabilitation, injury management, and health and wellbeing services.
