The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated
Group Fitness Manager
to work with our great team to head up the group exercise department in our club. Group Fitness is very important to Genesis Fitness as we are the leading providers in Group Exercise in Australia. Reporting to the Club Manager, you deliver quality group fitness programs with the instructors, and oversee the timetable by meeting the needs of the members.
Does this sound like you?
Experienced instructor with group exercise.
The ability to work independently with flexible hours
Have an understanding of the programs and the timetable and develop the classes.
Ability to recruit instructors.
Monitor existing instructors to be successful in the club.
Able to relate well with staff and members.
Skills & Attributes:




A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well developed communication skills
Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, or Group Exercise Instructor(GEI).
Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia
Current Senior First Aid Certificate
Current CPR Certificate
Working with Children's Check
Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process
Driven to success with friendly can do attitude
Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential
Previous industry experience is highly regarded!
