The Opportunity
We're on the lookout for a passionate Lead Veterinarian to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role where you can shape the future of our practice. Whether you're an experienced vet ready for your next challenge or someone eager to take that next step, we want to hear from you. You'll be supported every step of the way by the team, with tailored training and professional development.
In this full-time position, you'll:
Provide comprehensive veterinary care, diagnose and treat a diverse range of cases,
Lead a collaborative team of veterinarians and veterinary nurses,
Work alongside a dedicated practice manager and,
Collaborate with experienced veterinarians and a supportive team of nurses, with opportunities to pursue your professional interests.
To be successful in this role:
Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or an equivalent degree recognised in Australia
Experience mentoring and leading veterinarians in a supportive veterinary practice is desirable but not essential
A solid clinical background with a growth mindset
