We are currently seeking Registered Midwives to join us in a permanent full or part-time capacity on our postnatal floor or in our birth suite and antenatal / CTG clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Maternity Services team and provide compassionate care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
ABOUT THE ROLES
We have permanent full time and part time positions available in the following areas:
Birth Suite, Antenatal / CTG Clinic
Postnatal Floor
Postnatal Floor - Night Duty
As a Registered Midwife, you will be responsible for planning and delivering midwifery care to women and their babies within a multidisciplinary team.
You will make decisions regarding patient care and then assess, plan, implement, and evaluate that care while working closely with other health professionals.

ABOUT YOU:
As a Registered Midwife, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a registered midwife
A dedication to patient-focused care and working as part of a team.
Excellent interpersonal skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
A strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure.
A commitment to continuous professional development.
Requirement for roles in the birth suite and antenatal / CTG clinic:
Recent hands-on experience in the birth suite.
Proficiency in FSEP and resuscitation skills.
Experience in a CTG Clinic or Antenatal Assessment (preferred).
Requirements for roles on post natal floor (including night duty role)
A minimum of 2 years' experience (not including a post graduate year) in midwifery.

REQUIREMENTS:
Criminal record and/or child protection checks will be conducted and will form part of the selection criteria for this role.
