What you'll do
Create and manage a scalable Data Lakehouse architecture from start to finish.
Supervise ETL processes and ensure data quality and integrity.
Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement in data practices.
Analyze data to derive insights that support strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management or a related field.




Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
Strong understanding of data architecture and data modeling concepts.
Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing solutions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks.
Experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
