Valiant Press is seeking an Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients in our growing Security Print division. The role will involve working closely with clients and production to help deliver complex projects to strict deadlines, while achieving client satisfaction on a consistent basis.
The Account Manager will also work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Clearly understand clients' needs and objectives and work closely with production team to develop strategies to achieve these objectives
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
Daily monitor client projects & jobs to ensure we consistently meet deadlines
Provide regular reports and updates to clients on project status and progress




Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to clients
Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals
Ideal Candidate:
3+ years of experience in account management or a related field. Prior Print Industry experience would be preferred with experience specifically in Security Print sector, an added bonus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot).
