What you'll be doing
Assist the Hotel Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations, including food and beverage services, functions, gaming and TAB operations
Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and operational strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
Roster and manage hotel staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner




Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in a hotel management or assistant manager role
Experience in Gaming and TAB operations
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for hospitality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with guests and staff
