As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced
Senior Company Accountant & Corporate Services Manager
to join our Leadership Team and help shape the next stage of our journey.
Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for the management accounts of the Group while providing leadership across several key support service functions.
You will provide commercial insight, financial discipline and strategic advice that supports sustainable growth and long-term success.
Lead all financial operations across the Group.
Manage financial reporting, statutory compliance and governance.
Develop budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans.
Monitor cash flow, working capital and treasury activities.
Manage banking relationships, funding and investment activities.
Deliver insightful financial analysis to support business performance.
Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
Drive continuous improvement across finance systems, reporting and internal controls.
Strategic Leadership
Partner with the Leadership Team to develop and execute business strategy.
Provide commercial advice on growth opportunities, capital investments and business performance.
Develop financial models and business cases to support key initiatives.
Contribute to strategic planning and organisational improvement.
You will also have responsibility for the Group's Corporate Services functions, ensuring they operate efficiently and continue to support a growing organisation.
Ideally, you will have:
CPA or CA qualification.
Experience in a finance leadership role.
Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and business planning.
Experience leading teams and developing people.
A collaborative leadership style with excellent communication and influencing skills.
Experience managing or partnering with support functions such as HR, IT, payroll and WHS.
High levels of integrity, professionalism and commercial judgement.
Experience within manufacturing, engineering, industrial or related sectors will be highly regarded.
