Morgans is seeking a Customer Service Technician to join our Sydney team. You will be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues across Morgans' network and for our clients, delivering outstanding service.
In this role, you'll triage requests, gather details, and provide hands-on desktop support including software and hardware installations. You will occasionally visit Morgans branches for in office support, and you'll work with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
