SDI Limited is seeking a production supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Melbourne manufacturing plant. The role emphasizes safety, GDP/GMP adherence, and 100% quality to prevent NCR, while ensuring 5S standards and effective line performance.
You will supervise operators, conduct hourly quality checks, and coordinate maintenance requests. Training new casual staff and maintaining documents are also part of the duties, with an emphasis on PPE and safety compliance.
