What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of the leadership team, you will:
Lead
end-to-end finance operations
across APAC, including month-end, year-end, and reporting
Drive
financial consolidation and IFRS-compliant reporting
aligned with global standards
Own
budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
to support decision‐making
Strengthen
financial governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks
Partner with




senior leaders across Sales, Operations, and Country Management
Lead, coach, and develop a
high-performing regional finance team
.
What You'll Bring
CPA / CA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Proven experience in a
Finance Manager / Finance Business Partner / Regional Finance role
Strong background in
financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance (IFRS)
Demonstrated success in
leading teams and driving performance across multiple locations
Highly analytical with a focus on
continuous improvement and process optimisation
Excellent
stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen.
