About the Role
As a Membership Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point ofcontact for many prospective members, creating positive firstimpressions and guiding them through their fitness journey from dayone.
You'll be responsible for driving membership growth through leadgeneration, club tours and membership sales while also supportingour front-of-house reception and café operations to ensure everymember receives an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert membership enquiries into newmemberships.
Conduct engaging and informative club tours.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existingmembers.
Follow up leads, referrals and enquiries promptly.
Promote ONE55 memberships, services and programs.
Achieve individual sales targets and key performanceindicators.
Assist with membership enquiries, bookings, administration andaccount management
Maintain high presentation standards across member-facingareas.
Contribute to local marketing initiatives, community engagementand promotional events.
Ensure all workplace health and safety, food safety andoperational procedures are followed.
About You




You are a confident communicator who enjoys connecting withpeople and has a genuine passion for customer service. You loveworking in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achievingsales goals while creating memorable member experiences.
You'll also bring:

Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and administration skills with attentionto detail.
Confidence using computer systems and learning newtechnology.
The ability to work a flexible roster, including evenings andweekends.
A collaborative approach and willingness to support the widerteam.
Experience in membership sales or consultative selling
Experience within the fitness, health club, recreation,hospitality or retail industries.
Experience using PerfectMind/XR or similar CRM or membershipmanagement systems.
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Food Safety Certification.
