Acknowledge Education is seeking a Student Progress Team Leader to oversee the Intervention Team, ensuring high-quality support for students at risk of not meeting course progress requirements. You will lead the Student Progress Officers, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement in interventions.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage workflows, collaborate with academic and student services teams, and build solid stakeholder relationships to support student success.
