Experienced Pizza and Pasta Chef (Full -Time)
Nowhere is a busy, growing Italian restaurant and wine bar in Toowong, and we're looking for an experienced
Pizza & Pasta Chef
to join our kitchen team.
We're after someone who is passionate about Italian food, takes pride in their work, and can confidently handle both pizza and pasta service in a fast-paced environment.
About the role
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing, stretching and cooking pizzas to a high standard
Dough preparation and fermentation
Preparing and cooking fresh pasta dishes during service
General food preparation and mise en place
Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient section
Working closely with our Head Chef to deliver consistent, high-quality food
Following food safety and hygiene procedures
What we're looking for
Proven experience in both pizza and pasta




Strong knowledge of dough preparation and fermentation
Ability to work efficiently in a busy service
High attention to detail and consistency
Positive attitude, reliability and solid work ethic
Full Australian working rights
