Accounts Receivable Officer (Invoicing) - Fixed Term Maternity Cover
TDG Environmental is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer (Invoicing) to join our Finance team at our
Truganina office on a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave contract.

About the Role
As our Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be responsible for managing high-volume invoicing activities, ensuring accurate and timely billing, and supporting operational and project teams with productive accounts receivable processes.
Key Responsibilities
Process high volumes of invoices efficiently and accurately.
Prepare and assemble complex customer payment claims.
Generate and issue credit notes in compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with scheduling and operations teams to ensure timely invoice creation.
Ensure customers are billed correctly and respond to queries promptly via email and phone.
Identify and resolve invoicing and data processing issues.
Interpret operational processes, job management systems, and contracts to facilitate accurate invoicing.




Manage month-end processes, including sales accruals and customer spend analysis.
Assist the Team Leader – Accounts Receivable in maintaining accurate costing systems.
Work with internal and external project teams to enhance invoicing, internal controls, and administrative processes.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
At least
3 years' experience
in a high-volume Accounts Receivable or invoicing position, preferably within a service-based industry.
Certificate IV, Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline (preferred but not essential).
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience using
Pronto ERP
(highly desirable).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
