About the Role
We are seeking reliable and motivated casualFactory Operators and Factory Handsto support the day-to-day operations of our Toowoomba facility. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, contributing to the effective processing and packing of quality products.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain high standards of food safety and product quality
Achieve daily production KPIs
Sort product and remove defects in accordance with specifications
Operate and monitor machinery and equipment
Perform packing and manual handling tasks
Undertake cleaning and basic operational maintenance
Rotate across different areas of the factory as required
Conduct forklift operations (where licensed)
Complete basic computer tasks and general housekeeping
About You
