Production & Installation Assistant (training provided)
Imagine finishing work each afternoon knowing you've built something people will see for years to come.
One day you could be in the workshop creating custom projects, the next you're out around Toowoomba installing them. You'll work with your hands, learn new skills, operate machinery, get out of the factory, and be part of a small team that genuinely enjoys what they do.
No weekend work. No rotating shifts. Just Monday to Friday and every weekend off.
If you've got a excellent attitude and enjoy hands-on work, we'll teach you everything else.
Production & Installation Assistant
Toowoomba, QLD
No two days are ever the same. You'll get involved in:
Manufacturing custom signage
Installing projects on-site across the region
Operating forklifts and Elevated Work Platforms (EWP)
Assisting with vehicle wraps and vinyl graphics
Applying decals to vehicles, shopfronts and commercial buildings
General workshop duties and team projects
This is the perfect role if you enjoy staying active, working with your hands and getting out and about instead of being stuck behind a desk.
What we're looking for
We're much more interested in attitude than experience. Training can be organised for the right person.
Turns up on time and works hard
Enjoys learning new skills
Likes practical, hands-on work
Can work well in a team but also take initiative
Wants a long-term career, not just another job
Bonus points if you have
LF Forklift Licence
EWP Ticket
Experience in manufacturing, trades, construction, fabrication or similar
Don't have the tickets? No worries.
If you're the right person, we'll provide training and help you obtain them.
