Clinical Manager
, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our Mornington clinic, ensuring exceptional patient experiences, efficient workflows, and outstanding business performance. You'll work closely with clinicians, front office teams, and patient coordinators to create a positive, high-performing environment where both patients and team members thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing clinical and administrative team.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, rostering, performance management, and team development.
Drive operational, financial, and commercial performance through effective planning and reporting.
Monitor key business metrics including production, labour, efficiency, stock management, and profitability.
Maintain exceptional clinical, operational, and compliance standards.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
Deliver an exceptional patient experience from the first enquiry through to treatment completion.
Continuously improve systems, processes, and clinic performance.

Ideally, you will have:
Previous
Clinical Management or Practice Management
experience.
Strong customer service and patient experience expertise.
Demonstrated leadership, coaching,

Commercial and financial awareness with the ability to interpret and act on business performance.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
