About the role
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and seating guests
Speaking with walk-in customers and answering menu questions
Providing friendly and attentive customer service




Taking orders and processing payments
Making food and drink recommendations
Helping manage bookings and table flow
Supporting the wider FOH team during busy periods
Keeping the restaurant clean and presentable
About you
We're looking for someone who:
Genuinely enjoys talking to customers
Is friendly, confident and approachable
Has robust communication skills
Provides great customer service
Is comfortable speaking with people from different backgrounds
Can work well in a fast-paced environment
Is reliable, punctual and well presented
Works well as part of a team
Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but personality, attitude and communication skills are especially important for this role.
Availability
We are looking for someone available for a mix of weekday and weekend shifts.
Friday and Saturday afternoon/evening availability will be highly regarded.
