Art Sudharm Area Specialist
is seeking a motivated, tech-savvy
Real Estate Assistant
for a newly created role in Keysborough. Sitting at the heart of our business, this full-time hybrid position provides crucial support across both Residential Sales and Property Management. Key Responsibilities
You will be the ultimate multi-tasker, ensuring our daily operations run smoothly by:
Dual Administration Support:
Providing seamless administrative backup to sales agents and property managers, including database management, filing, and processing critical property contracts and documentation.
Open Homes & Viewings:
Organizing property viewings and managing booking systems.
This role requires working on Saturdays to assist with open house events.
Inquiry, Client Care & Prospecting:
Acting as a professional first point of contact—handling client phone calls, emails, and face-to-face inquiries from buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. You will also assist with proactive prospecting activities to help grow our local database and uncover new property opportunities.
Marketing & Social Media:
Coordinating property listings, photography, and virtual tours. Working alongside our specialist team for support, you will also help elevate our brand by assisting with our social media presence and ad placement as required.
What We Are Looking For
To succeed in this role,



you will need a mix of administrative precision and excellent people skills. We are looking for:
A current
Agents Representative Certificate
(or higher) is required.
Absolute flexibility and willingness to
work on Saturdays
as part of your regular schedule.
Strong computer literacy (MS Office) and a genuine flair or comfort with
social media platforms
.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor and a commitment to customer service.
High attention to detail, especially when handling important real estate contracts and tenant information.
A
valid Australian driver's license
and your own reliable vehicle for travel between local properties.
The Local Advantage (Highly Regarded):
Living within the
City of Greater Dandenong
(or surrounding suburbs) and the ability to speak a
second language
are highly advantageous to help connect with our diverse community.
