Intraspace is seeking a hands‐on Content & Design Specialist to join its team in Werribee.
This is a practical, varied role for someone who can turn technical products, customer problems and internal expertise into clear, commercially effective content. You will write website and marketing content, create professional graphic design assets, capture photo and video content, and help keep the company's content program moving.
This is not a narrow copywriting or social media role. We are looking for a capable content operator who can work directly with the team, extract the information they need, and turn it into polished content and visual assets without requiring constant direction.
The role will be directly employed by Intraspace and will work closely with both the internal team and Intraspace's external marketing partner, Brighta.
The opportunity
This position is based at the Intraspace office in Werribee and is suited to someone seeking meaningful, professional work during school hours.
You will work 4–5 days per week, predominantly from the office, where you can build relationships with the team, understand the products and customers, and capture authentic content from inside the business.
The exact hours can be discussed, but the successful candidate must be able to work consistently during school hours and be regularly present in the Werribee office.
Key responsibilities
Content creation
Write and update website content, including product, service, industry and capability pages.
Create blogs, case studies, project profiles, email content, social media posts and sales support materials.
Interview salespeople, technical team members, leaders and subject matter experts to extract valuable content.
Turn technical or complex information into clear, accurate and customer-friendly content.
Research products, industries, competitors, customer challenges and market opportunities.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across written and visual content.
Proofread, edit and quality-check content before publication.

Design professional, on‐brand marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar tools.
Produce social media graphics, website visuals, email banners, brochures, flyers, capability documents, presentations and sales collateral.
Adapt existing templates and brand assets for different campaigns and content formats.
Prepare artwork for digital and print use.
Work with Brighta's broader creative team when more advanced design support is required.
Maintain organised design files, templates and brand assets.
This role requires genuine
mid‐level graphic design capability
. Applicants must be able to produce polished business‐to‐business marketing material, not simply basic Canva social tiles.
Photography and video
Capture photos and short‐form video content from the office, products, team, projects and customer activity.
Help team members feel comfortable in front of the camera.
Conduct simple on‐camera interviews and capture supporting B‐roll.
Apply sound judgement around framing, lighting, audio and composition.
Edit simple photo and video content for websites, social media, email and sales use.
Organise and maintain a usable library of photo, video and design assets.
HubSpot and content publishing
Upload, format and publish website, blog and campaign content in HubSpot.
Support the creation of landing pages, emails, forms and calls to action.
Ensure content is correctly formatted, linked, tagged and quality checked.
Review basic content performance and help identify opportunities for improvement.
Work with the marketing team to maintain content calendars, priorities and deadlines.
About you
Have demonstrated experience in a content, communications, marketing or design role.
Can provide a portfolio showing both written content and graphic design work.
Have mid‐level graphic design capability and can independently produce professional marketing assets.
Are a confident writer who can create explicit, credible and commercially useful content.
Are comfortable learning about technical, industrial, healthcare, construction or business‐to‐business products.
Can interview subject matter experts and turn rough conversations into structured content.
Have practical photography and video capture experience.
Are comfortable working in HubSpot or can demonstrate experience with a comparable CMS or marketing platform.
Can manage multiple content requirements and keep work moving without constant supervision.
Accept feedback professionally and are comfortable working with several stakeholders.
Are organised, curious, proactive and willing to get involved in the day‐to‐day operation of the business.
Can work from the Werribee office 4–5 days per week during school hours.
Highly regarded
Previous experience using HubSpot.
Experience writing for technical, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing or B2B organisations.
Adobe Creative Suite experience, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Basic video editing capability using Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar software.
Experience producing website content, case studies, capability statements and sales collateral.
An understanding of SEO fundamentals and writing for online search.
Experience working with an external marketing agency or creative team.
