What you'll do
Oversee daily operations of Sokyo, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the venue's offerings and drive revenue growth.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control, to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative dining experiences that align with the venue's brand.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in venue management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.




Proven track record of managing a successful dining venue, preferably in a high-volume environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
Knowledge of financial management and reporting in a hospitality context.
Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field.
Nice to have
Experience with Asian cuisine or a background in fine dining establishments.
Familiarity with event planning and coordination within a restaurant setting.
Skills & tools
Proficiency in restaurant management software and point of sale systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
