You know how to run a consultation properly, read skin, ask the right questions, think
internally about what is actually going on, not just what you see on the surface, and land on
a treatment plan that actually makes sense for the person in front of you. What you are after

of rushing you through it.

What You Will Actually Be Doing
Running proper,



unrushed consultations and building treatment plans clients can actually follow
Delivering both advanced treatments and beautiful, nurturing facials with massage that calm the nervous system as much as they correct the skin
Retail and KPIs, in an environment that gives you the time and trust to do it well
Building the kind of client relationships that lead to real transformations, the ones you are proud to talk about
Who We Would Love to Meet
Diploma qualified Beauty or Dermal Therapist with real consultation and diagnosis experience
Someone who wants to understand root cause, not just treat what is on the surface
Confidence with treatment planning, retail and KPIs
A genuine love of skin science and a desire to keep learning it
What Is In It For You
$34 to $42 per hour plus super and uncapped commission
