Chisholm is seeking an experienced Senior Change & Engagement Specialist - HRIS for our TAFE Transformation Office.

About The Role
As a Senior Change & Engagement Specialist - HRIS, your key responsibilities include:
Lead the design and execution of adoption strategies that support consistent, confident and sustainable use of the HRIS system.
Designing and delivering the integrated people, communication, and capability components of the HRIS project and other Common Modernised System projects as required
Develop and implement a network wide change strategy, change plan and integrated adoption roadmap aligned with project scope, risks, and key milestones.
Lead the end to end change and engagement approach for the Chisholm pilot and the broader consortium partnership rollout.
Conduct detailed stakeholder change impact assessments and readiness analyses, translating insights into targeted actions.
Map, analyse and manage stakeholder groups across effected business areas.
Lead and facilitate engagement activities including workshops, briefings, co-design sessions and consultation forums.
Surface risks, misalignment and resistance early, ensuring they are addressed or escalated through agreed governance processes.
Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that is timely, transparent and tailored for diverse audiences across multiple TAFEs.
Coordinate messaging to ensure consistency, alignment, and shared understanding.
Model Chisholm's values and foster collaborative, cross-functional ways of working internally and across the network.
Provide targeted support during pilot and go?live phases, ensuring timely issue identification, escalation and resolution.
This position is assessed as partly remote capable and if this position is approved for flexible work arrangements Chisholm's retains the right to recall to campus in the event of incidents and events that require on campus attendance.
About You
You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in leading change within complex digital or enterprise transformation programs, developing and executing engagement strategies in high-accountability environments, experience conducting structured training needs analysis and the ability to operate within governance-heavy or regulated environments.
You will have high emotional intelligence and organisational awareness Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail. You are a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal guidance and supervision.
Qualifications Required For The Role
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Education, Business or a related field or relevant experience
Demonstrated experience leading change within complex digital or enterprise transformation programs.
