The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a
Content and Social Media Specialist
to create engaging content that reflects our brand and connects with our automotive audiences, whilst elevating our social media presence.
Key Responsibilities
As a creative visual storyteller, you'll be responsible for shaping our voice, building our community, and creating content that connects with both B2B and B2C audiences across the entire customer journey with a strategic overview.
While every day is different, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Creating engaging, platform-appropriate content such as video, images, and basic motion, ensuring the messaging is tailored for the appropriate consumer channels.
Content strategy and social media calendar management; planning, scheduling, and optimise content through analytics and reporting.
Publish content and maintain the company's social media accounts across various social media platforms and within suitable timeframes, monitoring platform trends and algorithm changes
Collaborate with stakeholders to source and develop content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and key business initiatives.
Assist in the coordination of both organic and planned social content, ensuring it's approved,



and delivered on time.
Actively monitor and manage social media communities across platforms, reporting any customer service issues or reputational risks and responding to comments, messages, and enquiries in a timely and on-brand manner.
What You Bring To The Team
Previous experience in any of the following positions is preferred: Digital Content creator, Digital Content Editor, Videographer, and any type of hybrid Content creation/Social Media positions
Experience with content strategy and social media management across multiple platforms (preferred)
Exposure to all things automotive, from either your professional experience, through to your personal interests, hobbies or passions
Understanding of brand voice and visual identity concepts and able to tailor content to suit both B2B and B2C markets
Strong technical ability in content design, video editing skills, project scheduling and ROI/performance analytics.
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail and confidence in community management and engagement
