Drive Business Performance Through Commercial Insight
We are seeking a commercially focused
Finance Business Partner
to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting business performance, financial planning and commercial decision-making across the Group.
Reporting to the
Chief Financial Officer
, you will work closely with the CFO, COO, Head of Franchise and operational leaders to provide financial insights, analysis and recommendations that support profitability, performance improvement and business growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys combining strong analytical capability with commercial thinking to influence business outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
As a trusted member of the Finance team, you will provide financial support and commercial insights across a broad range of business activities, including:
Financial Planning & Analysis
Provide budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting and performance analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
Commercial Business Partnering
Provide financial insights and recommendations to business leaders, helping identify opportunities, manage risks and improve performance.
Management Reporting & Performance Analysis
Prepare management reporting, analyse financial results and provide meaningful commentary on business performance and key trends.
Commercial Decision Support
Prepare business cases, financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives,



investments and commercial opportunities.
You will also contribute to financial governance, executive reporting and continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes and reporting frameworks.
About You
You are a commercially minded finance professional who can translate complex financial information into clear, practical and actionable business insights.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
CA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Business Partnering, FP&A;, corporate finance or related disciplines
Financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting skills
Experience preparing management reports, performance analysis and business cases
Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with financial reporting, planning and business intelligence systems. PowerBi experience is advantageous
A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
Experience in due diligence, transaction support, corporate development or M&A; activities will be highly regarded.
