We have an exciting chance for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager role at our Indented operation in Victoria.This role suits a self-motivated individual who can grow domestic and export sales and build strong partnerships with the Jade Tiger Abalone customers. Working closely with the stakeholders to improve profitability, drive operational excellence and maximise margins, while maintaining high standards in food safety and quality, environmental sustainability, and regulatory compliance. This role is available in either a full-time (5 days per week) or part-time (4 days per week) capacity and would suit someone in the Bellarine Peninsula or Geelong regions.

Key responsibilities
Mentor, train and provide leadership to a small Sales team to build commercial acumen and achieve operational objectives.




Develop and implement a domestic and export sales plan to maximise revenue and margin opportunities.
Develop metrics to monitor sales team effectiveness and identify development opportunities.
Lead negotiations in relation to commercial supply arrangements for major customers.
Ensure product packaging, promotional materials, website and social media content align with Jade Tiger Abalone approved branding and regulatory obligations.
Manage the weekly preparation and control of the Sales & Operational Planning Horizon planning report.
Regularly evaluate sales revenue and margin to identify areas for cost control and revenue enhancement.
Work with the Farm and Operations to keep them informed of customer requirements, market opportunities and new presentation opportunities.
Develop and monitor financial forecasts to ensure budgeted targets are met or exceeded.
About you
Significant experience (5+ years) in a commercial or sales role with responsibilities across Asian markets preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Management, or a related field.
Expertise in customer management and supply negotiations .
Excellent leadership and team management skills.




Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Ability to think and plan strategically, while managing day-to-day operational decisions.
Excellent ability to identify issues and provide creative, practical soluations.
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
