As we enter our next phase of growth, we're seeking an exceptional Head of Investor Relations to lead our capital raising strategy and build enduring capital partnerships across Australia, New Zealand, North America, Europe and Asia, extending FarmRight's long-standing reputation with sophisticated investors.
The Opportunity
This is a career-defining opportunity for a dynamic, forward-thinking leader who thrives on building meaningful relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering outstanding commercial outcomes.
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead FarmRight's capital raising and investor relations function, originating and securing capital commitments from institutional investors, family offices, private wealth channels and strategic intermediaries globally.

What Success Looks Like
In this role, you will:
Develop and execute capital raising strategies that support FarmRight's growth ambitions.
Build a strong and sustainable pipeline of institutional and wholesale investors.
Strengthen FarmRight's market presence through investor engagement, roadshows, conferences, and strategic networking.
Foster trusted, long-term investor relationships.
Collaborate closely with senior leaders to align capital inflows with investment opportunities.
Champion a culture of professionalism, accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
