The Role
We areseekinga dedicated and experienced Co-Educatorto joinourteam at theMalvernCampuson aparttime(Monday to Friday8:00 – 4:00pmterm time only),from the beginning of term 4 until the end of term ******.
As a valued member of our team, youwill activelycollaborate with our teachers and fellow assistants. Together, you will focus on creating and implementing a child-centric learning program in an environment that promotes students' growth, development, and overall well-being, tailored to their unique requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the design and implementation of teaching activities and strategies based on knowledge of student's physical,socialand intellectualdevelopmentand characteristics to improve studentlearning
Actively contribute ideas resulting in implementation of a stimulating educational program for students that reflect current research and best practice models in earlychildhood
Support the ELC teacher in all aspects of the management of studentbehaviour, andorganisationof thecentre
Contribute to the developmental records for each individual student, both written and verbal, under the guidance of the teacher
Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values andbehaviour
Role Requirements:
Diploma of EarlyChildhoodandCare
Experience withthree-, four- and five-year-oldsis essential
Current First Aid Certificate Level2, Anaphylaxis Certificate, and Asthma training
