Experienced Machine Operator - Timber Pallet Manufacturing
CMTP is looking for experienced Machine Operators to join our growing Clontarf Site.
This isn't a general labouring role, we're looking for mechanically minded people who enjoy operating machinery, solving problems, achieving production targets and continuously improving the way things are done.
You'll operate semi-automated timber pallet manufacturing equipment, complete machine changeovers, maintain quality standards and help keep production running safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do:
Operate semi-automated manufacturing equipment
Complete machine setups and product changeovers
Troubleshoot minor machine issues
Perform routine operator maintenance
Monitor product quality and production performance
Contribute to safety and continuous improvement initiatives
About you:
Experience operating manufacturing or production machinery




Strong mechanical aptitude
A commitment to safety and quality
A reliable work ethic and positive attitude
Highly regarded:
Experience with automated production equipment
Machine changeovers and setup adjustments
Experience in timber manufacturing or similar industry
