Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a large-scale mixed-use project on the Gold Coast. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate subcontractors and drive safety, quality and programme milestones as the project moves from pre-construction into full delivery.
Working with senior management, you will manage complex construction programmes, ensure compliance with WHS requirements and maintain high standards of workmanship and delivery across multidisciplinary teams.
