Melbourne City Mission is seeking a Youth Worker for the Housing First Young People Leaving Care program in the South-East region of Victoria. The role is a full time 3-year contract, travelling between North Fitzroy and SE sites as part of the duties.
You will provide tailored housing and support services to young people leaving care, guided by Advantaged Thinking and Housing First principles to build stability, health, education and community connections.
