We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a leading healthcare organization, where you will play a pivotal role in managing a transformative project within the pharmaceutical sector. What you'll do
Lead a critical transformation project focused on improving pharmaceutical operations, ensuring that all activities align with the strategic objectives of the organization.
Work in partnership with senior leadership to ensure the successful execution of the project while adhering to all relevant industry regulations and standards.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure project milestones are met.
Facilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure continuity of operations.
Monitor project performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges,



and areas for improvement.
Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders throughout the project duration.
Engage with external partners and vendors as necessary to support project objectives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project scope, leveraging best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members, enhancing their skills and contributing to their professional development.
Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact project execution and organizational practices.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.
Demonstrated success in leading complex projects that have had a measurable impact on business outcomes.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing the healthcare sector and the ability to navigate compliance challenges effectively.




Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
A relevant degree in a field such as healthcare management, business administration, or a related discipline.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
Experience working with Agile project management methodologies, enhancing adaptability and responsiveness in project execution.
Familiarity with popular project management tools like Jira, Trello, or similar platforms that facilitate project tracking and collaboration.
Previous experience in change management or organizational transformation initiatives within the healthcare sector.
Skills & tools
Proficient in various project management software and tools, enabling efficient project tracking and reporting.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing for effective collaboration and relationship-building within a team-oriented workplace.

Candidates must possess the legal right to work in Australia.
This role may involve occasional travel within Australia to meet project requirements and engage with stakeholders.
