About The Role
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for contributing in maximising store performance through strong sales, visual excellence and exceptional customer experience in a quick-paced Outlet environment.

Oxford Apparel is looking for Part time Sales Ambassadors to join our Doncaster store. Available on weekends and able to work one late night.
As the face of our brand, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and inspiring in-store experience. You'll connect with customers, understand their style needs, and provide tailored recommendations that reflect our commitment to quality and style.



From maintaining high visual merchandising standards to contributing to daily store operations, you'll be an essential part of a high-performing retail environment.
We're seeking someone who is energetic, reliable, and naturally customer-focused. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, communicates with confidence, and takes pride in representing a brand with professionalism and authenticity. Previous retail experience is valued, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming, engaging, and assisting customers throughout their shopping experience
Build strong product knowledge to confidently recommend styles, sizes, and outfit solutions
Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and team targets
Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
Handle customer enquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally
Support stock management, including replenishment, stock takes, and organization of the sales floor and back-of-house
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment
Stay up to date with current promotions, product launches, and company initiatives
Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset at all times
