Retail Manager
to join our team in UNIMART, Southport.
Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Manager, your tasks will include:
Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards.
Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting retail prices.
Promoting and advertising the retailers' goods and services.
Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use.
Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
Undertaking budgeting of revenue and expenses for the retailer.
Managing recruitment, selection, rostering, training and supervision of staff.
Ensuring compliance with retail specific regulations such as occupational health and safety.
Coordination of consistency within the retailers' multi-channels price, product, promotion and retailer delivery policies.
