Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in garden maintenance and landscaping, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for horticulture.
Company vehicle, required tools, PPE and uniform are provided (or fair compensation provided if you prefer to use your own vehicle/tools).
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine garden maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, and planting.
Design and implement landscaping projects, including the installation of plants, trees, and hardscaping elements.
Maintain and repair garden structures and outdoor features.
Ensure the health and appearance of plants through proper watering, fertilising, and pest control.
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Required Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of plants, horticultural practices, and garden design.
Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Excellent physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, including reasonable knowledge of electronic tool (iPad, iPhone & computer) is required for reporting/photos, etc.
The role is supported by head office scheduling and administrative services in order to maximise time on site.
