We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Credit Support Officer
to join our growing Credit team in Bundoora.
About the Role
As a Credit Support Officer, you'll provide operational and administrative support to our lending team, helping ensure loan applications are processed efficiently, and customers receive a seamless experience.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, and customers while managing a variety of administrative and customer-focused responsibilities.
What You'll Be Doing
Processing and entering customer loan applications
Preparing and managing loan documentation
Supporting the credit assessment process
Maintaining accurate customer records and databases
Communicating with customers via phone and email
Assisting with account maintenance and repayment enquiries
Following up outstanding information and documentation
Supporting reporting and operational functions within the team
Delivering exceptional customer service and responding to enquiries professionally

What We're Looking For
You will be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives on helping customers.
Ideally, you'll have:
Previous administration, customer service, banking, finance, lending, or operations experience
Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid organisational and time management skills
Confidence using multiple systems and Microsoft Office applications
A proactive and positive attitude
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
