The Finance function plays a key role in supporting business performance,with a clear focus on deliveringaccuratefinancial information, achieving keydeadlinesand supporting better business decisions.
Reporting directly to theGeneral Manager – Finance, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the Finance function, ensuring month-end reporting, compliance, financial controls and key deliverables are completed accurately and on time,while taking ownership of accrued revenue, balance sheet reconciliations and weekly cash flow forecasting.
WhatYou'llDo
Own the month-end close process across multiple entities, ensuring all reporting deadlines are achieved.
Coordinate all compliance obligations, including BAS, payroll tax, FBT and year-end audit requirements, ensuringthey'recompleted accurately and on time by our outsourced accounting partner.
Manageaccruedrevenue and revenue recognition.
Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and support budgeting and forecasting.
Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial information.
Monitor business performanceandidentifyfinancial risks and opportunities
Continuously improve reporting and financial processes.
Coordinate our outsourced accounting partner, ensuring compliance, reporting and operational deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
You'llBe Successful If You Have
Around3to5years' accounting experience.
CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion.




Strong month end reporting experience.
A solid understanding of accounting principles.
A naturallyorganisedapproach.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience using Xero or similar accounting software is highly regarded.
