About the Role
As a Housekeeping team member, you'll help ensure every villa is presented to the highest possible standard before each guest arrives.
You'll enjoy working both independently and as part of our experienced housekeeping team,



taking pride in creating immaculate spaces that exceed guest expectations.
Your duties will include
Cleaning and preparing luxury villas to an exceptionally high standard
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing
Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living areas
Cleaning and disinfecting large spa baths and bathroom facilities
Cleaning windows, mirrors and glass surfaces
Replenishing guest amenities and supplies
Disinfecting high-touch surfaces including switches, handles and remote controls
Tidying reception and shared guest areas as required
Reporting maintenance issues
Paying close attention to every detail to ensure villas are spotless and beautifully presented
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Takes genuine pride in their work
Has an excellent eye for detail
Is reliable, punctual and dependable
Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Is well presented and professional
Is friendly and courteous when interacting with guests
Can work efficiently while maintaining high standards
Experience
Previous housekeeping, hotel or cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
If you have the right attitude, reliability and attention to detail, we're happy to provide training.
Requirements
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
Valid Australian work rights
Reliable transport to and from Hepburn Springs
Casual Pay Rates (Including 12% Super)
