Programmed Skilled Workforce are seeking a production worker for our client in Terang VIC. Our client is Australia's largest and only national provider of high-performance animal nutrition solutions.
This casual role operates on a 24/7 roster, requiring flexibility across day, night, and weekend shifts and with the ability to work 12 hour shifts on a rotating roster.
Key responsibilities:
Operate in accordance with strict safety and quality standards
Perform repetitive manual handling and physical tasks
Follow detailed instructions and adhere to company procedures
Work both independently and collaboratively in small or large team
Operating and performing forklift duties
What we're looking for:
Proven reliability and punctuality
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work flexible hours across rotating shifts (including nights and weekends)
Ability to complete repetitive,



physically demanding work
No dust allergies - working in environments where dust may be present
Production or manufacturing experience preferred
Forklift Licence (Essential)
Own reliable transport to and from site
