Ability Assist is looking for a Youth Residential Team Leader to work in Reservoir, focusing on a participant with complex needs and behaviours of concern.
The Residential Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily support requirements of our young people in an out of home care setting. The role involves ensuring our team is supporting a young person in their home and communities, promoting independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership for day to day running of the service.
Contribute to the therapeutic care of our client.
Participating in client meeting.
Providing support to the House Supervisor.
Requirements:
Experience in a leadership role working in Child Protection residential care,
Experience working with complex clients with behaviours of concern,
Experience working with AOD,
Ideally, experience supporting Young Person transitioning to leaving care,
Must meet all relevant legislative requirements to work in our industry,
Certificate IV in Children Youth and Family, or equivalent,
Residential Skill Set (Top up units).
