First National Real Estate Neilson Partners is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our Berwick sales team in a full-time Sales Support/Trainee position.
This is a genuine entry-level prospect for someone who wants to learn the property industry from the ground up. Previous real estate experience is not required. We are more interested in your attitude, communication skills, work ethic and willingness to develop.
You will work alongside and support an experienced sales team with a variety of tasks designed to help drive business growth and build strong relationships with clients. Your role will be key to the success of our team and will evolve as your experience and confidence grow. You will receive practical training and gain exposure to the full property sales process.

About The Role
This position will support our sales team with prospecting and client service while giving you the opportunity to develop practical skills across sales administration, and property marketing and sales.
Your responsibilities will include:
Prospecting and database management on behalf of agents
Contacting prospective clients and following up enquiries
Updating client and property information within the agency CRM
Helping prepare appraisal, listing and marketing documents
Supporting property sales campaigns from listing through to settlement
Assisting with open homes, inspections and buyer follow-up
Communicating with buyers, sellers and prospective clients
Preparing property information and sales reports
Coordinating appointments and supporting the daily activities of the sales team
Learning local market conditions, property values and sales processes
Assisting with general office and sales administration as required
The role will evolve as your skills, knowledge and confidence grow.
