Our client is looking for an experienced Payroll Business Analyst with strong SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience to join a major payroll transformation program. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative project team delivering a large-scale payroll implementation.
What you'll be doing
Partner with Payroll, HR, Technology and business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
Analyse current payroll processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
Develop business process maps and requirements documentation.
Support SIT, UAT, payroll parallel runs and defect resolution.




Work closely with project managers, solution architects and implementation partners.
Contribute to successful project delivery and continuous improvement.
Proven experience as a Payroll Business Analyst.
Strong SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience.
End-to-end payroll process knowledge.
Experience on payroll implementation or transformation projects.
Robust requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience supporting testing and business readiness activities
