We are on the hunt for a passionate and service-driven Junior/Assistant Property Manager to join the team at our HOME Richmond property. Add your personal touch, drive, and personality to the team and create authentic and genuine connections with the resident community. Let's be clear! This is not your typical property management role. Monday - Friday work days, no travelling between properties (no car required) and no managing multiple landlords and buildings. We see the value in property management,



so all leasing appointments and activities are taken care of by our dedicated leasing specialists so that you can focus on what you do best.
In this role you will:
Assist with routine inspections, condition reports, and entry and exit processes
Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Property Management function.
Communicate effectively with residents, owners, and stakeholders, responding to enquiries and providing timely support

A current Agents Rep / Cert IV is required and legislation knowledge pertaining to property management is required.We are happy to provide training for an up-and-coming Property Manager with the right attitude.
