Maintenance & Gardening Technician
who enjoys a mix of outdoor work, problem solving, and keeping sites looking their best. If you're practical, reliable, and enjoy being part of a excellent team, this could be the role for you!
The Maintenance Technician role includes works across a broad range of areas, including but not limited to:
Wall fixtures - ie TVs, Shelving, cupboards etc
Small patching/ painting
Locks - basic install and repairs
General property maintenance
Must have:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a Handyman/ Maintenance role
Broad Handyman/ maintenance knowledge/ skill set




Own hand tools
Own Steel cap footwear
Ability to use Smart phone (to access the job management system)
Current manual driver's license
Construction – White/Blue Card
Be willing to undergo a Police Check
Hold (or willing to obtain) a Working with Children Blue Card
