What you'll do
Direct the engineering team in the design and implementation of property pre-settlement products.
Mentor and support engineers in their professional growth while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Drive the technical vision and contribute to the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Utilize modern technologies and AI to enhance product offerings and improve user experience.
Oversee the development process, ensuring high standards of quality and performance in deliverables.




Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS or Azure.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Nice to have
Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
Previous experience in the real estate or property technology sector.
