Summary
A NEW opportunity has opened within our Regional Retail team for a Workforce Management (WFM) Administrator. Based at our Moorabbin office, you'll be responsible for the configuration, optimisation and day-to-day operation of our new WFM tool, ensuring accuracy, compliance and a great user experience. You'll work closely with Retail, HR, IT and market teams across APAC & MEAI to support implementation, drive adoption and ensure the system is performing at its best.
Key Responsibilities
Support the rollout and configuration of the WFM tool across APAC & MEAI.
Set up rules, templates and scheduling settings in line with local labour requirements.
Maintain and optimise the scheduling engine and implement system updates.
Review new product features and coordinate user training.
Ensure the WFM tool improves store productivity and the associate experience.
Provide first-line technical support and resolve WFM queries.
Deliver training and maintain clear user guides to build capability across stores.




Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues.
Partner with IT and cross‐functional teams to troubleshoot and improve functionality.
Analyse workforce data to identify trends and efficiency opportunities.
Configure self‐service reports and support markets with centralised reporting.
Partner with HR and Business teams to ensure reporting and forecast accuracy.
Share best practices with global teams as WFM scales internationally.
You will bring
Minimum 2 years' experience in technical support or system administration.
Experience with WFM tools (Legion highly preferred; StoreForce, Workday, Kronos etc. advantageous).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Certifications in WFM or IT support (advantageous).
Retail industry experience (preferred).
Experience supporting multi-country environments (preferred).
