Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Machine Operator
to join our dynamic team in the
manufacturing industry
. The ideal candidate will have experience working with
CNC press brake machines, CNC laser machines, CNC Panel Folders, CNC Turret Punches
,
for
sheet metal work
in a production setting. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of machines and maintaining high-quality standards in our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain
CNC press brakes
for precise folding of materials.
Operate and maintain
CNC laser machines
for precise cutting, engraving, and shaping of materials.
Operate and maintain
CNC Turret Punch
for precise cutting, engraving, and shaping of materials.
Operate and maintain
CNC Panel Folder
for precise shaping of materials.
Perform
fitting
tasks including assembling, installing, and adjusting parts and components.
Safely operate forklift to load/unload coils and transport materials within the production area.
Ensure machines are running efficiently,



making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and productivity.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime.
Monitor production quality, ensuring that products meet specifications and tolerances.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Document machine settings, production logs, and maintenance activities.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Proven experience operating
CNC press brakes, CNC laser machines
,
CNC Turret Punch, CNC Panel Folder, sheet metal work,
performing
fitting
tasks in a manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Familiarity with basic hand tools and measuring instruments.
Solid understanding of safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification or training is a plus.
Previous experience in a
machine operator
role, especially within the manufacturing industry, is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies.
